Lance Reddick left a lot of successful projects to his name before he died on Friday, March 17. He was 60 years old.

He was known for TV shows and movies such as The Wire, Fringe, and, of course, the John Wick franchise. So, take a look back at the life and career of Reddick and the net worth he had.

Lance Reddick's Career

Aside from being an actor, Reddick was also a musician. He started his career in 1983 and dropped his debut album, Contemplations & Remembrances, in 2007.

As an actor, some of his most known TV works were The Wire from 2002-2008, Fringe from 2008-2013, and Bosch from 2014-2020.

He also did Oz from 1997-2002, Lost from 2004-2010, and the Netflix series Resident Evil in 2022.

On the big screen, he was best known for his role as Charon in the John Wick franchise from 2014-2023 and as David Gentry in Angel Has Fallen in 2019.

Reddick also lent his voice to Quantum Break, Horizon Zero Dawn, Horizon Forbidden West, and Destiny franchise video games.

With these to his name, he had a net worth of $4 million at the time of his death.

Lance Reddick Dead at 60

Reddick died on Friday; his rep Mia Hansen told Yahoo! he "passed away suddenly of natural causes."

His wife of 12 years, Stephanie Reddick, then shared an emotional post on his Instagram with a series of photos of him, including his Destiny character Commander Zavala, to thank his fans.

"Lance was taken from us far too soon," Stephanie wrote.

"Thank you for all your overwhelming love, support and beautiful stories shared on these platforms over the last day," she continued. "I see your messages and can't begin to express how grateful I am to have them."

She also shared her heartfelt gratitude towards the thousands of Destiny players who played as a special tribute to her husband.

"Lance loved you as much as he loved the game," she added.

She ended her note by saying those who wanted to donate could it direct it to MOMCares, an organization that serves mothers and families in Reddick's hometown of Baltimore.
