A fan named Rachel Leary came onto TikTok to address Kylie Jenner on what exactly she asked for to get the perfect cleavage, "You have got what I am looking for to have done, in terms of like, a boob job."
"It's the most perfect natural-looking boob job ever," Rachel continued, "They're still big, but whatever way you had the implants—if they are implants or if you had fat transfer—to me, it is perfection."
Now, what the fan did not expect was an actual response from the Kylie Cosmetics founder herself!
Despite having made no assumptions on whether Kylie did have cosmetic surgery, the 27-year-old confirmed it herself in the comment section: "445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!! Garth Fisher!!! Hope this helps lol."
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star had been keeping a low profile about the work done, but she did previously reveal in the reality show's 2023 episode that she indeed had her "breasts done" before welcoming her 7-year-old daughter, Stormi, with ex Travis Scott.
"I got my breasts done before Stormi, not thinking I would have a child when I was 20," Jenner said in a previous interview with W Magazine, "Like, they were still healing. I had beautiful breasts. Just gorgeous. Perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with."
What enraged fans about her admission? Kylie initially denied getting any plastic surgeries. To make matters worse, her fans fell for it.

As the news broke on Kylie Jenner's recommended "boob job" altercations, fans who have been buying her cosmetic products have something to say.
"Of course, now that her and her family are set for life, this shit is funny to her," one fan said, "After building their wealth off the back of denying cosmetic surgery so they could sell their shape wear, fitness tears, and lip liners. F*** off."
Another fan chimed in to defend Kylie for keeping it a secret from the public, "Can't really blame her though, she did it for the bag. I think anyone in their right mind knew all along they weren't real."
However, that defense was flushed down the drain with this response: "I can actually blame people if their wealth comes from preying on the insecurities of women."
Kylie previously denied allegations of getting cosmetic surgery during her off-time in 2019. At the time, the 19-year-old model addressed speculations via a Twitter Q&A, where she replied, "Um, never."
When asked by a fan about the secret behind her 'voluptuous look', Jenner said, "TMI but it's that time of the month."
That said, Dr. Fisher took to Instagram to share how thrilled he is to have been 'acknowledged by Kylie', "Her kind words were unexpected but truly appreciated."
In the comment section, cheering for Dr. Fisher's seamless work, Kris Kardashian gushed over the doctor and personally thanked him, amid the rumored facelift she recently earned from fans, "Garth, you are such a superstar class act."
All the while revealing that she had her first facelift in 2011. 14 years ago.
