Lucasfilm concluded the Skywalker Saga in December with Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. And with 3 Star Wars projects set for release in 2022, 2024, and 2026, it's only a matter of time until details about the franchise's future will be released. That being said, it looks like there's already a television show that fans ought to look out for.
According to Fandom Wire, a movie and a TV show about the Knights of the Old Republic is reportedly being developed by Disney. They also pointed out that since Darth Revan is canon in the Star Wars Visual Dictionary, it makes sense for the House of Mouse to make a show about the game. However, the outlet says there's no word yet in terms of announcements or trailers, but news should come out soon since Disney is prepping to "bring the films back to big-screens everywhere."
Developed by BioWare, Knights of the Old Republic has been a fan-favorite game. With rumors coming out that a new movie and show will be developed, it would definitely get Star Wars fans excited.
Again, this is only a rumor and no information about the Knights of the Old Republic series or movie has been revealed of some sort. The future of the Star Wars franchise is still a mystery, so it wouldn't be surprising for news about these upcoming projects to go around.
