Kim Sae Ron Caught Playing at a Gambling Place With Male Friends Amid Financial Difficulty Claims

Kim Sae Ron is caught in another controversy after photos of her playing Texas Hold 'em Poker emerged online after claiming she's experiencing financial difficulties and working part-time amid her DUI charges.

Dispatch released the photos of Kim Sae Ron playing the card game at a table on Tuesday, April 4.

An informant named "A" shared the actress' snaps, which were reportedly taken in February, to Dispatch.

"Kim Sae Ron hung out with male acquaintances and played the game happily in comfortable clothes," the source said.

The publication then asked the gambling pub where the photos were taken and stressed it wasn't an illegal gambling place.

"This place charges chips with an application to buy game tickets," it explained. "Chips are used to buy food and alcohol. You can never exchange money."

A revealed Kim Sae Ron charged her chips a couple of times, ordered beers, and played for about three hours.

Kim Sae Ron's String of Controversies

Kim Sae Ron is now facing a string of controversies after her first DUI trial. The 22-year-old pleaded for leniency, saying she's her family's primary breadwinner.

She then posted photos of herself working at a café, which turned out to be controversial after the company itself stated that she had never worked for any of its branches.

Her legal rep, an attorney from the DR & AJU Law Group, said he couldn't contact the former child star since the café controversy began.

"It is true that Kim Sae Ron is suffering from financial difficulty," the lawyer explained. "She is in debt after the fine she incurred due to her DUI accident, and it is true she is working part-time."

The counsel admitted he knew she had other work besides acting but didn't know she had multiple jobs.

"I speculate that she [is working in multiple places, after seeing the photos of the café]," the rep continued. "I contacted her after seeing the articles to clarify the facts, but I was unable to reach her, so I have not been able to confirm."

As he had nothing to say about the alleged staged photos of Kim Sae Ron working part-time at a café, he seemed sure she had a sideline job.

"She has left the apartment belonging to her previous agency, but I can't confirm if she is living with her family again," he elaborated. "She doesn't want any new information being released."

Kim Sae Ron received much backlash after hiring the most expensive law firm in the country amid her financial difficulty claims.
