American Horror Story is a horror anthology series created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk. The twelfth season is based on Danielle Valentine’s book titled “Delicate Condition”. The story for AHS: Delicate follows Anna Victoria Alcott (played by Emma Roberts), an A-list actress who wants to become a mother.

Who Does Kim Kardashian Play in American Horror Story Season 12?
Kim Kardashian plays Siobhan Corbyn, a publicist, and Anna Victoria Alcott’s best friend. She and Anna met at an IVF support group, and Anna later realized that she needed Siobhan as her publicist.
Siobhan supports Anna in her IVF journey even if hers did not work. “Your joy is my joy,” Siobhan tells Anna in the first episode. As her publicist and best friend, Siobhan is supportive of Anna’s career and gives her life advice.
“You have a peculiar penchant for turning dreams into nightmares… Focus on the good. There’s so much of it in your life right now,” she tells Anna.
The role was written specifically for Kim Kardashian. Talking about Kardashian joining the series, American Horror Story co-creator Ryan Murphy shared with The Hollywood Reporter:
For now, Siobhan appears as a friend of Anna’s, but she could be keeping some secrets. After all, her character was described as a “fun, stylish, and ultimately terrifying role.”
