In Chapter 118, we learned more about Terashi's past, and his unique abilities that he can do thanks to the surgery done on his hypothalamus and eyes. That explains how is able to evade and endure Ohkubo's attacks, but the King of Combat manages gain the upper-hand at the end of the previous chapter. With only three matches left in the tournament between Kengan Association and Purgatory, there's a lot of pressure for Ohkubo to win this fight against Terashi, but after landing a huge blow to Terashi's face, is he able to get the win for his team? Here's everything you need to know about Kengan Omega Chapter 119.

In the previous chapter, we learn more about Terashi's backstory. The Purgatory fighter asked Dr. Hanafusa to change his face, and Hanafusa says that he already has a handsome face so he asked why he wants to change his face, to which Terashi replies that his currrent face is broken, so Hanafusa obliges and does the surgery. Terashi also asks Hanafusa to perform surgery on his hypothalamus, so his body can constantly shiver, so Hanafusa granted his request again.

In the ring, Ohkubo swings but Terashi is able to react quickly and dodge his attacks. Terashi hits Ohkubo with palm strikes, knocking him down. Then we learn that Terashi had another brain surgery to attain an ability called the Emperor's eye, which allows him to see upcoming attacks more proficiently, so he could react to them incredibly fast. However, there's a downside to this ability: Terashi has a 30-minute limit, so if he uses this ability for more than that duration, he could get serious brain damage.

Ohkubo was able to get up at the count of eight, then he asks Terashi if there's any other adjustments he's had to his body, to which Terashi responds by saying, "Nothing", then Ohkubo takes Terashi right to the edge of the ring, and Terashi is wondering why he's doing that, so the Silent Nightmare uses his shivering technique to defend himself against Ohkubo's attack. However, Ohkubo manages to find an opening and land an upper-cut that hits Terashi right on the face, taking him down. Ohkubo becomes agitated, and tells him that his shitty vision won't work on him.

The final panel of Chapter 118 shows Ohkubo being cocky, but it's probably not over for Terashi yet.

Spoilers from Kengan Omega Chapter 119:

The manga opens up with a bit of Terashi's backstory, revealing that the Silent Killer has intentions to kill his fellow Purgatory fighter, Nicolas le Banner. Terashi is trying to find a way to end this match quickly, and is looking for some sort of ring-out.

Terashi manages to get up, but he struggles to defend himself against Ohkubo. He tries to use his unique eye technique but that doesn't seem to work against the King of Combat as he was not able to dodge Ohkubo's strike to his face. Ohkubo lands another upper-cut, knocking down Terashi again.

Lolong is annoyed that Terashi is fighting weirdly, and he knows that this is not the real way Terashi fights.

Terashi's face is bleeding as he struggles to get up, but he manages to get up again at the count of 9. The Kengan Association members look surprised to see Terashi stand up.

However, the Silent Nightmare seems to be too dependent on his shivering technique, and his next attempt to defend himself against Ohkubo fails.

Ohkubo swiftly tackles him to the floor, and Terashi struggles to escape his opponent's grip. Terashi tries to hit Ohkubo's back with his left elbow but Ohkubo is able to quickly dodge, then proceeds to lock and twist Terashi's body to submission. He tells Terashi, "This is true martial arts, buddy."

Ohkubo wins the fight, and he releases Terashi from his grip. Ohkubo looks happy to bring the victory for Kengan Association, tying the score.

It turns out that Terashi is right about himself: he is weak, and it's disappointing to see this fight end right away. It just seems one-sided. I expected Terashi to make a comeback given the hype that was built up around his mysterious character. Terashi literally just gave up, and we know his true intention to kill Nicolas.

Only two matches are left in the battle after this fight. Who will fight next in the Kengan Association vs. Purgatory tournament?
