Who Is Master in Monsters 103?
Master is the owner of a restaurant called Gérard in Monsters 103.
However, not much is known about Master except that he is a hardworking and charming man and knows a thing or two about The Great Surprise Attack that happened seven years ago.
Talking about his restaurant, Gérard is a two-storey building that features Wild West-style swinging doors.
The walls are adorned with windows, and the second floor appears to serve as living quarters for Flare and others.
Gérard is the workplace of the waitress Flare. The restaurant is noteworthy as the setting where the renowned swordsman Cyrano crossed paths with the legendary swordsman Ryuma.
Flare generously offers Ryuma a meal after noticing how hungry and impoverished he is.
Master looks quite like a gentleman, and his voice needs the warmth and friendliness that's characteristic of a bartender and owner of a Wild West-style watering hole.

Katsuhito Nomura has been roped in to voice the character of Master in Monsters 103.
He is from the Ibaraki prefecture in Japan and takes a keen interest in shopping and things related to computers.
Nomura has lent his voice to several characters such as Kotaro Kannagi in CODE-E, Alfonso San Valiente in Garo -Vanishing Line-, Ichitaka Seto in I’’s Pure, Tetsumasa Amino in Living for the Day After Tomorrow and Fujiwarano Yorinobu in Usuzumizakura -Garo-.
Apart from doing prominent voice-actor roles, he has also voiced supporting characters in shows such as The God of High School, Darker than Black: Gemini of the Meteor, Girl’s High, and Hell Girl: Three Vessels.
He has also worked on titles like Kannagi: Crazy Shrine Maidens, KenIchi the Mightiest Disciple, Strike Witches, Tegami Bachi: Letter Bee, Yatterman, and Sora o Miageru Shōjo no Hitomi ni Utsuru Sekai.
Monsters 103 is set to stream worldwide on Netflix beginning on January 21, 2024.
