There are rumors that the Prince and Princess of Wales are expecting their fourth baby. However, there hasn't been an official announcement from the palace.
"There are whispers that William told the queen just prior to her passing, which makes it even more of a blessing. They'd literally just found out. She was so happy for them," an insider said, The News reported.
Middleton fueled the pregnancy rumors by always feeling broody around babies. Earlier this year, she admitted that her husband is always worried whenever she's around infants.
"William always worries about me meeting under 1-year-olds," Middleton said, adding, because "I come home saying, 'Let's have another one.'"
Kate Middleton, Prince William's Friends Wouldn't Be Surprised With Baby Announcement?
Last month, an anonymous source told Us Weekly that the Duchess of Cambridge had finally convinced the Duke of Cambridge to try for another baby. There are rumors that she wanted another daughter for Princess Charlotte.
"Kate has been talking about wanting another baby for a while now," an insider told the outlet. "She has always wanted four children, and while William was originally happy with three, she has managed to twist his arm."
Their friends reportedly believed that the heir to the throne is already on board with baby no. 4.
"[Their pals] wouldn't be surprised if we'll be hearing an announcement early next year," the source continued.
What Did The Poll Say About Kate Middleton And Prince William's Fourth Baby?
Earlier this year, Express started a poll asking royal fans to weigh in on Prince William and Kate Middleton having another baby. The poll came after Middleton's "flirty" dancing with her husband when they were in the Belize village of Hopkins as part of their royal tour of the Caribbean.
"Do you think Kate and William will announce baby number four soon?" the poll asked.
The majority, 53%, responded "no." Meanwhile, 37% were hopeful and said "yes."
"I think Catherine would love number four, but they realise their lives are about to get a lot busier soon and the timing isn't right. So no, I think they're smart and will stick at three," one said.
Another added, "Kate is 40. She and Will are the front royals doing all the official meet and greets. They don't have the time to have another baby."
