Justice League's Iris West Actress Set to Reprise Her Role in The Flash Film

Warner Bros has cast Kiersey Clemons in the upcoming DC film The Flash. She will star alongside Ezra Miller. The actress will be returning to her role as Iris West from Zack Snyder's Justice League. The most interesting part of the casting news is the fact that Clemons was removed from Joss Whedon's version of Justice League in 2017. However, with the Snyder cut coming soon, her character will be seen in the film. This is why it only makes sense why WB is bringing her back for The Flash movie.
Aside from Miller's Barry Allen, Clemons will join Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton.

Both actors will come back to reprise their roles as Batman. Another actress who will join the cast is Sasha Calle, who will play the role of Supergirl. Andy Muschietti will be the one helming the film. The screenplay is written by Christina Hodson. Meanwhile, Michael Disco and Barbara Muschietti will be producing the film.

The film is set to pave the way to DC's multiverse. Muschietti previously teased fans saying that all they have seen exists. The movie will see Barry breaking the boundary of physics as he crashes into the various parallel dimensions, where he will be encountering different versions of the classic heroes in DC.

The director has previously expounded details about the film, especially how the multiverse will work in The Flash. He said that the movie will present a story that shows the unified universe of DC. All of the other cinematic iterations of every character are valid. The multiverse in The Flash is inclusive as everything that the audience has seen exists, everything that they are about to see exists within the same unified multiverse.

The Flash is set to be released on November 4, 2022.
