Justice League: Snyder Cut Ads are Popping Up at San Diego Ahead of Comic-Con

The San Diego Comic-Con has always been kind of a mecca for geek culture, and it's probably one of the largest gatherings of pop-culture enthusiasts. What's interesting is, the people behind the #ReleasetheSnyderCut movement have been putting up ads all over the San Diego ahead of the con to get people's attention.

Besides the banner, the team also put up some quotes from insiders talking about wanting the cut to be released. Probably the most important quote is Zack Snyder's himself, which reads: "Sure there's a cut… I have a cut. It's done. It's up to them [Warner Bros.]."

It's also worth noting that the team also supports the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. If you remember the news, Zack Snyder had to leave the project because of a family tragedy, and I think it's pretty neat that these Snyder Cut supporters haven't forgotten that. It's even said that half of the money they make goes to the AFSP.

For now, a lot of people online have been urging the Snyder Cut guys to drop it. It's been more than a year and a half, and it looks like the DCEU is moving a completely different direction. Of course, with Snyder himself continuing to post scenes that were cut from his original plan, you can't help but have any hope that this Snyder Cut thing is almost happening.

If fans can get Sonic the Hedgehog to get a complete overhaul, then why can't we have a cut of Justice League that supposedly exists already?

SDCC 2019 takes place July 18–22.
