Thanos' near-decade reign of terror was truly a menacing sight to behold but it turns out that the chaos the Mad Titan brought to the Marvel Cinematic Universe was just the tip of the iceberg. Now, the entire multiverse is facing an even bigger threat with the arrival of Kang the Conqueror, and judging by the stuff we've seen so far, he's certainly a huge level up from the stone-collecting villain.

Unlike the Infinity Saga's main baddie played by Josh Brolin, Kang doesn't rely on CGI so it's only natural for actor Jonathan Majors to keep his body in tremendous shape to be as physically imposing as he can be. Well, it turns out that he's been putting in all the work and then some to the point that he might be punishing his body.

Appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live, the Creed III actor shared his preparations for his Kang the Conqueror role and it's definitely not for the faint of heart. He said: "Yeah, it's great, it's great. I wonder if you'd be as happy being Kang the Conqueror when you gotta wake up at 4:30 and go to the gym, and then go back to the gym at 7."

Recently, Majors made headlines for his insane body transformation and the 33-year-old star drew praise from fans for looking incredibly swole. Obviously, his grueling physical training is paying off which is a good thing because we all know the so-called "superhero training" is no walk in the park.

Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania hits cinemas on February 17, 2023.
