There is little doubt that JoJo's Bizarre Adventure fans are delighted to know that there will be another chapter after JoJolion. However, it looks like we'll also get to see more of the Joestars in a completely new story. A new spin-off manga has just been announced and it will feature more of the characters we've always loved.
The new spin-off manga is set to be a prequel focusing on Diamond is Unbreakable protagonist Josuke Higashitaka. This time, the story will reveal what happened "before Josuke's Stand was named Crazy Diamond."
Interestingly, Hirohiko Araki will not be working on the still-untitled manga. Instead, the new story is being handled by Kouhei Kadono and Tasuku Karasuma. In addition to that, the new JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga will bring back Stardust Crusaders villains Hol Hop and Pet Shop.
This is great news considering that any new JoJo's Bizarre Adventure content is very welcome. Although the spin-off will not come from Araki, we love the idea that we'll get to revisit some of the most memorable JoJo characters in the past. In addition to that, we'll get more of Araki in the future.
It has been confirmed that JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is getting a new chapter titled JoJo Lands after JoJolion concludes. The new chapter will be from Araki and we can't wait for more news about this. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
The manga isn't the only one getting a lot of content. In addition to the spin-off dropping in December, we can also look forward to another season of the anime. JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean is already set to air on Netflix by the end of the year. Although it has not yet been given an official release date, Season 6 is set to premiere by December as well.
The new JoJo's Bizarre Adventure spin-off manga will be published in the January issue of Ultra Jump which will be available in December. JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Season 6 will begin streaming on Netflix in the same month.
