He played guitar and sang backup vocals for Post Animal, releasing their debut album in 2015 and their second album in 2018.
He then decided to stop touring with the band in 2019 because he feared that his connection with Stranger Things would affect the group.

His next release was the song “Keep Your Head Up” in 2020. He also used the name Cool Cool Cool to drop new music.
