Jessica Jones Stars Tease MCU Return With Awesome Marvel-Themed Posts

We already know that Charlie Cox is returning as Matt Murdock in Daredevil: Born Again but is it possible that his fellow Defenders are also making the big leap to the Marvel Cinematic Universe? Jessica Jones stars Krysten Ritter and Mike Colter recently had an awesome reunion as confirmed in some interesting Marvel-themed social media posts.

Krysten Ritter recently posted two Instagram Stories confirming she had reunited with Jessica Jones co-star Mike Colter. One story refers to the Luke Cage actor as Power Man, an obvious reference to the Marvel character. Another story features a promotional image for the Defenders which Ritter captioned, "We cute."

Since then, Mike Colter has reposted Krysten Ritter's stories and fans are beginning to wonder if it means that the two are working on a new project together. Although it could be anything at this point, people are convinced that Ritter and Colter are reprising their roles as Jessica Jones and Luke Cage in an MCU project.

We would really love to see Colter and Ritter in the MCU, possibly as guest stars in Charlie Cox's Daredevil: Born Again. After all, it would make sense for Matt Murdock to still be in contact with Jessica Jones and Luke Cage. However, it is important to point out that the Devil of Hell's Kitchen and Wilson Fisk are the only characters from the Netflix Marvel shows who are confirmed for Born Again. Still, we're keeping our fingers crossed that we'll get an announcement soon.

Ritter and Colter were introduced in Jessica Jones before Luke Cage got his own show. The two later worked together along with Daredevil and Iron Fist in The Defenders. All Netflix Marvel shows including The Punisher have been cancelled and are now streaming on Disney+.
