As cited by the media outlet, Jeon Yeo Bin is in talks to headline the upcoming movie and is positively reviewing the offer.
If the actress agrees to join the cast, she will work alongside Hyun Bin and Hellbound star Park Jung Min.
Dircted by Woo Min Ho, who is the genius behind Inside Men: The Original, The Drug King, and the 2020 action-drama film The Man Standing Next, Harbin is an espionage action movie set in the early 1900s at Harbin, the capital of China's northernmost province.
It follows the story of independent activists who put their lives on the line to regain their homeland.
Hive Media Corp, the production company behind Harbin, previously confirmed that Hyun Bin would be the lead star for the upcoming film.
As cited by Soompi, a source from the company revealed that the Hallyu star has agreed to headline Harbin "due to the quality and interesting nature of the script as well as the trust he has in director Woo Min Ho."
While the upcoming spy action movie completes the cast lineup, reports noted that the forthcoming film is currently in the pre-production stage and aims to start filming in September 2022.
