Jennifer Lopez is maybe 52 years old, but she's the epitome of ageless beauty. She's not afraid to show her curves and a lot of skin through her barely-there dresses that leave little to the imagination.

Jennifer Lopez's Diet

The actress has an unmatched discipline when it comes to the kitchen. Her personal chef Kelvin Fernandez told Us Weekly she decided to remove carbohydrates and sugar from her diet when she prepared for her Super Bowl halftime performance.

But her regular diet is as healthy, too.

"Sparkling water, always fruits and vegetables, like strawberries, even though Jennifer is not a big fruit person," he said. "The kids love their fresh berries. There’s always greens like spinach, cucumber and celery to make green juice."

Fernandez added the family starts their day with green juice and the stars of their breakfast table are egg and turkey bacon.

Despite the strict diet, CheatSheet noted Jennifer Lopez doesn't give up delicious food. Though she aims to be healthy, she doesn't want to sacrifice her love for tasty meals.

She revealed she eats everything she wants at night but makes sure it's in portion sizes.

“I don’t deprive myself of things; I just try to moderate it,” she said.

So for her evening snack, she keeps it simple but good, like chocolate chip cookies and milk.

One of Jennifer Lopez's too many assets is her legs. So, how does she maintain it to look sexy always? It's all about strength training.

Women's Health Mag noted the 2019 video she shared where she did leg pressing about 300 pounds ten times.

Of course, dancing and rehearsing also play major roles in her leg strengthening.

In the gym, she does chest flys using a resistance machine, as seen in her 2021 photo. She also gives her abs the full attention it needs and her typical routine is composed of 50 hanging ab raises, 50 rope crunches and 50 incline sit-ups with a 45-pound plate.

Jennifer Lopez's Skincare

Jennifer Lopez showed her 204 million Instagram followers how she prepares her skin for a big event.

She said that the real secret to having flawless skin is consistency. Fans have to follow each step of their skincare routine every day cause the only way to maintain their skin's good health is to be committed to a daily regimen.

“I’ve been doing the serum every day,” she revealed.

She also advised everyone to use their serum, moisturizer and sunscreen every single day–day and night.

"It’s that consistent skincare. You have to keep up with it," she added. "I know we get lazy sometimes, and we feel like, sleep with your makeup on, let me just skip the serum today and just put on some cream. No, it really makes a big difference.”

Part of Jennifer Lopez's routine is putting on serum from her J.Lo Beauty line, called That JLo Glow.

She followed it with a face cream, called That Blockbuster and That Big Screen sunscreen.
