The entire Marvel Cinematic Universe fandom was shaken to its very core over the weekend following the release of massive Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness leaks on social media. The said leaks pretty much confirm a lot of major cameo rumors surrounding the Benedict Cumberbatch and Elizabeth Olsen team-up flick which are all definitely game-changers.

Marvel Studios is already doing its part by censoring and removing as many leaks as they can online but a good number of fans have already seen the said images and footage.

Turns out, even Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn fell victim to the said leaks and it's pretty safe to say that he's not happy about being spoiled just days ahead of Multiverse of Madness' release.

Taking to his official Twitter page, the MCU filmmaker shared his reaction to seeing the leaks but still kept his trademark humor in check. Gunn posted a hilarious "leak" of his own, a clip from an Avengers-inspired musical. Check it out here:

Personally, I don't mind seeing spoilers online and I even go out of my way just to look them up on sites like Twitter but we shouldn't spoil the fun for fans who want to see the film without being spoiled. Major props to Marvel Studios for doing what needs to be done but fans still need to be careful on social media because not every leak has been removed.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness hits cinemas on May 6, 2022.
