James Franco is an overall entertainment genius. He’s not only an actor but also a filmmaker, screenwriter, film producer, artist, and poet.

The 44-year-old star started auditioning for roles in Los Angeles and landed his first paid role in a pizza commercial in 1997.

Aside from acting, James Franco is also a good director. He has produced and directed different projects over the years.

He is behind the documentary Saturday Night, featuring the production of an episode of Saturday Night Live. His hosting experience in two SNL episodes influenced this project.
