I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years Episode 5, Release Date and Time, Countdown

In episode 4 of I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years, Azusa's dragon pupil asks for some time off in order to attend her sister's wedding and invites everyone to tag along. While there, however, trouble brews when a rival dragon clan crashes the ceremony which forces Azusa to once again show off just how powerful she is.

With the invasion of the blue dragons, Azusa must defend the red dragons from the attack and find a way to get them to sign a non-aggression treaty. That might sound like a lot of work, but you have to remember that we're talking about the max level witch of the highlands!

Animated by studio Revoroot, I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years first premiered on April 10th, 2021. Featuring Nobukage Kimura as the director working off series composition created by Tatsuya Takahashi, character designs by Keisuke Goto, and background music composed by Keiji Inai.

I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years continues to be my weekend treat episode after episode. It's just a really good little fantasy isekai with the token overpowered main character. As with other episodes, what sells the series is Azusa's reactions to everything going on around her. She doesn't choose to have these things happen but calamity tends to follow her wherever she travels, which sucks for her but makes for some entertaining misadventures for the rest of us watching from the safety of our homes.

I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years will likely not earn a spot on my "best of" list at the end of the year but for the time being, it's proving to be a fantastic little diversion from the outside world and all the stresses that it contains.
