During her recent appearance on C2E2 last weekend, Olsen was asked whether she would make her MCU return in Avengers: Doomsday.
Unfortunately for fans, she shared that she knows nothing about her character's future in the franchise and denied any rumors and speculations that she will be part of the upcoming movie.
"I know nothing. I know about Vision Quest, because I’ve seen Paul [Bettany] in the last six months. I know nothing about any of it. Is [Secret Wars] what happens after? I’m not kidding. Why did I think there were two Secret Wars? Are there not?" the actress said.
Olsen subsequently shared that she "offered up things [she'd] like to do" and "to be of service to a story." She also emphasized that her collaboration with Marvel has always been "character-driven."
In addition, she shared that she thinks "House of M is just the coolest" and she "would love to get to work with Aubrey [Plaza] again." Plaza notably joined the MCU in Agatha All Along, where she played the role of Rio Vidal/Lady Death.
What to Expect in Avengers: Doomsday and Secret Wars
The plot details regarding Avengers: Doomsday are still under wraps, but it is expected to feature a multiversal team-up between the heroes in Earth-616, the Fantastic Four from Earth-838, and the X-Men from the Fox universe against Doctor Doom.
