What Is Cherry Magic About?
Kiyoshi Adachi has never experienced intimacy in his adult life. But as he reached his 30th birthday, he mysteriously gained the power to hear others’ thoughts through physical contact.
However, he finds his new power to be utterly unimpressive, leading him to develop a strong distaste for crowded places.
During his commute to work, Adachi encounters his charming coworker Yuuichi Kurosawa.
Adachi was intrigued by Kurosawa’s personality and decided to tap into his emotions to discover that the man harbors romantic feelings for someone in their office.
Adachi attempts to piece together the puzzle, but Kurosawa’s fantasies unravel and it is revealed that his feelings are directed toward Adachi.
Despite his efforts to stay focused, Adachi finds himself increasingly distracted by Kurosawa’s presence.

Is the Cherry Magic Manga Over or Ongoing?
The Cherry Magic manga began serialization on September 1, 2018, and is currently ongoing.
The manga chapters released so far are compiled in 13 volumes. The Japanese version of Cherry Magic volume 13 was released on December 21, 2023.
Meanwhile, Cherry Magic volume 10 in English was released on February 27, 2024. Square Enix is set to release volumes 10 and 11 on June 4, 2024, and September 17, 2024, respectively.
