Who Is Kudo in My Hero Academia?
It’s been so long, but the name of the second One For All user has been identified, and that is none other than the resistance leader, Kudo, who extended his hand to All For One’s younger brother, Yoichi Shigaraki, in the past despite his initial beliefs about the younger twin.
All For One despises Kudo the most of all his opponents. He despises Kudo's manner of life, his point of view, and, most importantly, how he stole Yoichi Shigaraki from him.
In fact, All For One blames Kudo for all the bad things that have happened to him and all the obstacles he had to go through to accomplish his plan.
If it weren’t for Kudo, All For One would be able to have his hands on One For All, and the fight between the good and the bad would not drag on for so long.
However, Kudo inherited the power of One For All from Yoichi, which caused an unfortunate chain of events of which All For One would constantly be reminded throughout his life.
The worst thing that anyone can do to piss off All For One is take his property away from him. That’s what Kudo did, and since then, All For One sees him as a foolish human being who always gets in his way.
So, if you think All For One hates All Might the most, then think twice.
What Happened to Kudo in My Hero Academia?
All For One may have killed Kudo in My Hero Academia, but his legacy and will continue to live not only in Izuku Midoriya but also in Katsuki Bakugo.
Unlike other characters who are on the brink of their deaths, Kudo faced his death head-on without showing any signs of fear or remorse to All For One.
After all, Kudo will not give All For One what he wants, and he prides himself on the fact that the villain will not be able to get his hands on One For All.
He remains prideful and arrogant until the end as if he has done everything that he needs to accomplish throughout his life despite dying at such a young age.
As the final saga of My Hero Academia unfolds, we find out that Kudo is just one of the two people who rescued Yoichi Shigaraki from All For One.
He has a resistance partner called Bruce, who made him realize that he had two factors (Gearshift and One For All) on him after Yoichi Shigaraki’s death.
In the present time, Yoichi Shigaraki convinced Kudo that he needed to lend his powers to Izuku to finish everything.
At first, Kudo is adamant not to help Izuku since he thinks he’s foolish enough to save Shigaraki rather than kill him, but in the end, he becomes the young boy’s best supporter in addition to All Might.

Unfortunately, Bakugo is not related to Kudo in My Hero Academia, at least for now. The manga only confirms that Bakugo looks a lot like Kudo, in that they have the same spiky ginger salmon hair and thin red eyes.
There’s no word whether they are blood relatives, but Kohei Horikoshi may reveal it sometime in the future.
The plot of My Hero Academia is no stranger to family revelations, so we’re not going to erase this possibility for now.
As for All For One, he sees the striking resemblance between Bakugo and Kudo, especially in their eyes.
They have the same passionate and fiery eyes, not to mention the undying will to stop him at all costs. They also have the same arrogant and prideful personalities, which makes them more similar.
