Sunday is here and that means another episode of House of the Dragon. The Game of Thrones prequel certainly had an explosive debut as viewers were thrust into the world of House Targaryen with all the complex relationships and power moves. In addition to that, we got to see Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen rise to power as she was named the heir to the Iron Throne.

House of the Dragon Episode 2 Release Date: What Time Will The Rogue Prince Air?
The first episode of House of the Dragon premiered on HBO on Sunday, August 21, 2022, at 9:00 PM EST. The Heirs of the Dragon was a great introduction to the new characters who will play major roles in the Game of Thrones spin-off but mostly focused on the four main players.
At the end of the episode, the mourning Viserys was comforted by Alicent Hightower at the urging of her father Otto. Daemon Targaryen, after being confronted by Viserys over his apathy towards the queen and her infant's death, flies away with his lover Mysaria to Dragonstone. Finally, Rhaenyra was declared the heir of the Iron Throne.
House of the Dragon Episode 2: What Happens in The Rogue Prince?
The second episode of House of the Dragon is expected to follow Daemon and Mysaria as they settle down in Dragonstone. This could mean the series will be taking it slow as it focuses on the two. However, we could still see what will happen in the Red Keep now that Rhaenyra has been announced as the heir.
House of the Dragon Episode 2 is titled The Rogue Prince and will premiere on HBO on Sunday, August 28, 2022, at 9:00 PM EST.
