Which Chamber of Secrets Characters Are Joining Harry Potter Season 2?
After the first season adapts the first book, Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, Harry Potter Season 2 will tell the story of Chamber of Secrets, with a new set of characters set to be introduced.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, it will include Arthur Weasley, the father of Harry Potter’s (Dominic McLaughlin) best friend Ron Weasley (Alastair Stout), played by Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom star Rafe Spall.
TV viewers will also meet Moaning Myrtle, one of the ghosts known for haunting the halls of Hogwarts.
Originally played by Scottish actress Shirley Henderson, newcomer Molly Hewitt-Richards joins the cast to play a pivotal role after appearing in the crime drama series Code of Silence and the long-running UK medical drama Casualty.
Lastly, Harry Potter’s avid fan Colin Creevey will be introduced in Harry Potter Season 2. He will be played by young The Sheep Detective actor Jasper Ambrose.
A first-year student at Hogwarts, he is known for idolizing Harry so much that he follows him around campus to take pictures of him.
As his fate plays a major role in the events of Chamber of Secrets, fans will have to see how Creevey’s story will play out.

While the show has not debuted yet, HBO has already renewed Harry Potter for a second season, aligning with the network’s plan to adapt all seven of J.K. Rowling’s novels into seven seasons over the course of a decade.
