Harley Quinn Will Dish Out Animated Violence for DC Universe This Fall

While we won't be seeing live-action Harley until next year's Birds of Prey movie, fans who have the DC Universe streaming service will be happy to know that the animated Harley Quinn series will be coming out this Fall. Though no specific release date was given, it will be fun to see more of this series and we can only hope that it lives up to our expectations.

It looks like we'll be seeing a lot of Harley since the animated series will have 26 episodes. Considering how most of the live-action DC Universe shows have 13 episodes or less, this could imply that future animated shows will also have this much content. Then again, Young Justice: Outsiders also has this amount of episodes so it's technically not anything too new.

Cuoco serves as both the series's executive producer and star, playing the titular lead. Diedrich Bader, who provided the voice of Batman in The Brave and the Bold, will once again portray the Dark Knight. Joining the two are Lake Bell as Poison Ivy, Alan Tudyk as the Joker, Ron Funches, JB Smoove, Jason Alexander, Wanda Sykes, Giancarlo Esposito, Natalie Morales, Jim Rash, Tony Hale and Chris Meloni as Commissioner Gordon.

How hyped are you guys for the new Harley Quinn animated series?
