Attack on Titan Season 4 Part 2 is finally coming this January and a new trailer has confirmed the anime's release date. But what can we look forward to in the second part of the Final Season? Hajime Isayama has apologized to MAPPA for the difficult scenes that the animation studio had to adapt from the manga.
Fans got an awesome treat from the Final Season when the first teaser for Attack on Titan Season 4 Part 2 was dropped last week. In addition to that, the Attack on Titan Episode 76 release date was finally announced.
People were understandably hyped up after seeing the teaser and Isayama found the perfect way to get everyone even more excited for the return of Attack on Titan. The mangaka shared a heartfelt message that praised MAPPA for working very hard in adapting the manga's last chapters.
"I am really looking forward to the start of Final Season Part 2. Even in the original, it was really difficult drawing, and I am very sorry that MAPPA will have a hard time again for many scenes, but I am sorry," Isayama said. He then added that those are the sequences that he is truly excited about.
"The difficult scenes are the most that I am looking forward to. I hope that the people who see it for the first time in anime will also enjoy it," Isayama concluded.
Now that's a subtle way to hype up the Final Season. Those who have already read the last chapters of the manga have an idea of what scenes Isayama is referring to. For those who haven't read it yet, it is truly something to look forward to next year.
Attack on Titan Final Season Part 2 kicks off with Episode 76 which is titled Judgement. The anime returns on Fuji TV on January 9, 2022.
