Grey’s Anatomy Season 18 Episode 9 will serve as another crossover event with Station 19.
No Time to Die will center on the aftermath of a car crash in Seattle. And the doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital will learn that at least one of their own is involved in the crash.
Elsewhere, Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) will try to save Dr. Hamilton’s (Pete Gallagher) life.
And Levi (Jake Borelli) would also have to deal with his latest loss.

ABC dropped a gut-wrenching trailer for Grey’s Anatomy Season 18 Episode 9 last year.
The 31-second clip opens with the staff at Station ID attempting to rescue the people that were involved in the car crash.
To their surprise, at least two doctors from Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital are involved in the tragedy.
In the next scene, everyone is panicking while trying to save the crash victims.
And viewers soon learn that Dr. Hayes (Richard Flood) was not only in the scene; he also tried to hold on to the car but it fell 100 feet to the ground.
When he returns to the hospital, everyone’s asking him what happened. But Dr. Hayes refuses to tell them what he knows.
Teddy (Kim Raver) confronts Dr. Hayes about what happened. And the guilty look on the latter’s face suggests that Owen (Kevin McKidd) could’ve been with him when their car crashed.
As such, we couldn’t help but speculate on the possibility of Owen being killed off from Grey’s Anatomy Season 18 Episode 9.
While this may seem like a stretch, it’s still a possibility because some veteran characters already bid the ABC series goodbye years ago.
It’s also possible that the person that would die has ties with Levi. So, it could also be his boyfriend, Nico (Alex Landi).

Grey’s Anatomy Season 18 Episode 9 will air on ABC on Thursday, Feb. 24 at 8 p.m.
The hit medical drama won’t go into another hiatus anytime soon. So, fans can expect to watch three new episodes on Feb. 24, March 3, and March 10.
