It depicts the story of a genius doctor with impressive surgery skills despite his arrogant and selfish character. After getting involved in an accident, his soul wanders the hospital and possesses a young doctor’s body to conduct surgeries for critical patients.

On the other hand, Seung Won seems to be covered with shock and began feeling like a lunatic who believes in such supernatural events. He gets ahold of himself right away and continues to bug Seung Tak every chance he gets.
Bo Mi then went through the initial process before getting her surgery. She reunited with the other ghosts and gave her sincerest gratitude to Young Min and Seung Tak for looking for ways to help her survive.
Meanwhile, Young Min gets a chance to be alone with Se Jin thanks to Seung Tak’s efforts. It turns out that the young doctor planned a concert date for the two with his body possessed by Young Min.
When they returned to the hospital, things seemed not to look too good. Soo Jung finds a collapsed Seung Joo, and when she sees Seung Tak, she immediately looks for Young Min. It seems that Soo Jung already knew about Young Min’s spirit possessing Seung Tak’s body.
