Game Of Thrones Fan Found Final Iron Throne In The Most Unexpected Location

The Game of Thrones Scavenger Hunt has officially ended when one fan discovered just where the final Iron Throne is hidden. Interestingly, she was only a short walk away from the Throne of the Crypt but her quest was far from easy.

The sixth Iron Throne had been a mystery for some time since the Game of Thrones website didn't immediately reveal it. It was only until one fan came across the fifth Throne in Canada that the site unveiled the Throne of the Crypt. However, it didn't take too long before the seemingly hard-to-find seat was discovered. Melanie Joaquín immediately figured out where it was and sprinted to the location as soon as the video went live (via Vice).

However, her quest had its own obstacles. Joaquín was unable to enter Fort Batten right away because the gates were locked. Nevertheless, the eager fan didn't let that stop her. She reportedly crawled through a hole in the fence and ran all the way to the Old Battery in Fort Batten, New York. As a result, she was dubbed the "Queen of Queens."

It's an awesome story indeed. For now, we wait for the final season.

For the record, here are all the six Iron Thrones and their locations around the world:

Throne of the Forest - UK
Throne of Valyria - Brazil
Throne of Joy - Spain
Throne of the North - Sweden
Throne of Ice - Canada
Throne of the Crypt - USA (Fort Batten, New York)

Game of Thrones Season 8 will air on HBO on April 14.
