Fuyuki and Tsubasa Go Smelt Fishing in Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable Episode 9
In the second half of Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable episode 9, Fuyuki and Tsubasa go smelt fishing with their classmate, Matsuo.
Supposedly, Tsubasa and Matsuo were the only ones going, but Fuyuki ended up joining them after they bumped into each other in the same area.
Matsuo prepares the group’s equipment, from arranging the chairs to handling the bait since Tsubasa is a first-timer, while Fuyuki is uncomfortable with worms.
They are all excited to catch smelt, but an hour passes and they get nothing.
Matsuo thinks their chosen location is a dud, so he decides to check out his father, who positions himself farther from their group, leaving Tsubasa and Fuyuki by themselves.
Fuyuki Teases Tsubasa with a Lip Balm
While Tsubasa remains hopeful to catch smelt, Fuyuki is busy browsing her phone.
This pushes Tsubasa to ask Fuyuki if she feels bored with him, much to the latter’s surprise.
Fuyuki responds that she’s not bored at all. She also moves closer to Tsubasa to show him the makeup videos she watches on her phone.
Since they’re closer, Fuyuki notices that Tsubasa has clean and healthy skin, but she also thinks that he needs to use a lip balm to prevent cracks on his lips.
Fuyuki pulls out her lip balm and asks Tsubasa to use it, putting the latter in a very awkward but embarrassing situation.
Clearly, Tsubasa thinks that he will have an indirect kiss with Fuyuki the moment the lip balm touches his lips.
So, Do Fuyuki and Tsubasa Kiss in Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable?
Tsubasa and Fuyuki did not share a kiss, nor an indirect kiss, in Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable episode 9.
Even in Tsubasa’s fantasies, the Tokyo city boy was not able to kiss Fuyuki since Matsuo arrived before he could do anything.
Their group then finds a different location to continue smelt fishing like nothing happened.
Funny, Tsubasa was more happy than sad that Matsuo arrived to interfere in his moment with Fuyuki.
