Avengers: Endgame is literally days away and fans are losing it, with some probably having plans to camp out of malls or something crazy like that. Unsurprisingly, the film has had a number of product tie-ins, including a number of toys, mugs, and some Marvel mobile games like Contest of Champions and Puzzle Quest. Fans of Fortnite will be happy to know that the company has officially teased a crossover with the popular movie.
It's not just Thanos either.
The Tweet below teases one of the game's characters wielding Captain America's shield, which could be a hint at more exclusive content for the free-to-play title. It's nice to know that this isn't just the return of Thanos as a playable character and we could see new items that could turn the tide of these intense battles.
Like most of these promotional tie-ins, the items and characters won't be a permanent fixture in the game so fans should take advantage of this once it comes out. The game is free anyway and is still popular, despite new alternative titles like Apex Legends and the original battle royale shooter Player Unknown Battlegrounds (PUBG).
Avengers: Endgame will be coming out on April 26. Fortnite is now available on pretty much every gaming system out right now.
