Fantastic Four: Meet the Rumored Cast of MCU Reboot

It's been nearly three years since Marvel Studios announced that the first family is finally headed to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, comic book film diehards have grown a bit impatient with the lack of updates regarding the long-awaited Fantastic Four reboot.

Over the last couple of months, several rumors have floated around the internet about the film's alleged ensemble and frankly speaking, they've only given us astronomical levels of confusion.

Now, it seems like Kevin Feige and company have finally decided on which set of actors should headline the anticipated Phase Six film.

As if the rumor mill wasn't already spinning, Twitter insider MyTimeToShineHello recently took to the social media platform to let fans know that the MCU reboot's cast is officially locked.

According to her, the cast includes Adam Driver as Reed Richards (Mister Fantastic), Margot Robbie as Sue Storm (The Invisible Woman), Paul Mescal as Johnny Storm (The Human Torch), and Daveed Diggs as Ben Grimm (The Thing).

Interestingly, fellow scooper Grace Randolph claims that Driver is the only actor officially signed up for the project, and while she didn't debunk the other castings, the tipster says that their deals have yet to be finalized.

I guess this just goes to prove that it's still best to temper our expectations until the studio makes everything official.

As it stands, Marvel Studios has yet to address the alleged casting leaks and many are under the impression that they were planning to unveil it at this year's San Diego Comic-Con, which makes logical sense.

But assuming there's truth to the ongoing reports, don't be surprised if the studio fast-tracks the announcement, especially considering how the rumor is already spreading like wildfire over the internet.

Marvel Studios' Fantastic Four reboot is slated for theatrical release on February 14, 2025.
