There's no denying that Pedro Pascal is one of the most in-demand actors in Hollywood right now and his current popularity can be attributed to the success of The Mandalorian. The hit Star Wars series will reportedly run for at least one more season after Season 3 but fans are already thinking about the actor's future post-MandoVerse. Of course, the most logical move for him is to jump ship to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and having appeared previously in the DC Extended Universe, it would make a ton of sense for Pascal to complete the "hat trick".
While the MCU still has a ton of characters waiting to get a live-action treatment, many believe that Pedro should've been cast in a role that has already been taken. Twitter user @punishersmicro suggests that the Din Djarin actor would make a better Star-Lord than Chris Pratt. Of course, it's no secret to a lot of fans that Pratt has been facing allegations of homophobia which resulted in fans growing sour on him.
The said Twitter post gained mixed reception from fans but for the most part, many believe that Pascal would have been a far better choice than Pratt. Check out some of the reactions below:

Setting aside Pratt's issues which have not been proven, by the way, I still think that he's done a pretty good job as Peter Quill in the MCU and it's hard to imagine anyone else portraying the part. As for Pascal, he'd definitely be a great fit for the MCU and if you were to ask me, I'd love to see him take on Ghost Rider or even a mutant role.
Meanwhile, The Mandalorian Season 3 is slated for release later this year.
