I think it's pretty safe to say at this point that Amber Heard is already used to being in the center of controversy and it's something that she can't seem to escape. In fact, the Aquaman actress has been making headlines for years now thanks to her seemingly never-ending issues with her former husband Johnny Depp over accusations of domestic violence. Now, while everyone awaits the final verdict, Heard currently has her sights set on Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom which already began production.

This week, all eyes are once again on Amber after she made a stunning revelation about her personal life. Taking to social media, the ever-so-controversial actress announced the birth of her first child named Oonagh Paige Heard delivered via surrogacy on April 8, 2021. In an Instagram post, Amber exciting introduced her daughter to the world. "I'm so excited to share this news with you. Four years ago, I decided I wanted to have a child. I wanted to do it on my own terms. I now appreciate how radical it is for us as women to think about one of the most fundamental parts of our destinies in this way. I hope we arrive at a point in which it's normalized to not want a ring in order to have a crib."

She continued: "A part of me wants to uphold that my private life is none of anyone's business. I also get that the nature of my job compels me to take control of this. My daughter was born on April 8, 2021. Her name is Oonagh Paige Heard. She's the beginning of the rest of my life." Check it out here.

After the stunning revelation, fans took to social media to sound off, and unsurprisingly, the reactions were mixed. Check 'em out here:

Hopefully, the public perception of Amber Heard changes following the latest milestone in her personal life but then again, a lot of people still view her as an abusive and manipulative woman. But please, spare her kid and leave her out of her mother's personal mess.

Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom will hit cinemas in December 2022.
