Fans are Comparing the New Batmobile to Adam West's Classic Version

Matt Reeves has just given us a look at the new Batmobile, and it's safe to say that Battinson's new wheels are actually looking pretty slick. What's interesting is, some are comparing it to Adam West's classic version of the Batmobile from the 60s.

Check it out:

I have to say, the sleek design of the Batmobile is something I never thought I'd miss on the big screen. While the car looked a lot more smooth in earlier Batman movies, we've been getting bulkier designs ever since Batman Begins gave us the Tumbler.

Besides the Adam West Batmobile, some are also saying it kind of looks a lot like KITT from Knight Rider; plus the engine in the back kind of reminds me of the DeLorean from Back to the Future.

With the Batmobile coming back to its smaller design, I can't wait to see what kind of tricks it has in store. It's basically a Bond car when you look at it, and you can bet that Bruce Wayne has loaded it up with all the gadgets and gizmos you can expect from the Batmobile.

This is also just me, but I kind of want to see a Robin besides Batman this time around. We haven't gotten a proper Robin since the 90s, so it would be interesting if Matt Reeves is able to incorporate that character in the film one way or another.

Catch The Batman when it hits theaters June 25, 2021.
