There is little doubt that Daenerys Targaryen and Khal Drogo were some of the most popular couples in Game of Thrones and it wasn't just because of how their relationship evolved in the HBO series. It also had a lot to do with the friendship between Emilia Clarke and Jason Momoa. Luckily, fans can see the two stars together again as they just had an awesome reunion.
Momoa only appeared in two seasons of Game of Thrones because Drogo was one of the main characters who was killed off in Season 1. Still, Momoa has kept in touch with his co-stars especially Clarke.

Clarke and Momoa's reunion took place at Game of Thrones co-showrunner David Benioff's birthday party. Momoa also shared photos of himself with Benioff.
We're loving the idea that the Game of Thrones cast and crew continue to get along after the series concluded. Now fans are just hoping that Clarke and Momoa would work together again on a new project.
Clarke was previously confirmed to join the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe series Secret Invasion, which is set to premiere on Disney+ in 2022. Momoa is currently working on Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom, which is scheduled for release on December 16, 2022.
