Elizabeth Olsen has once again expressed her interest to make her return as the Scarlet Witch in the MCU soon.
The fan-favorite character was last seen in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness where she presumably "died" following her climactic battle against the Sorcerer Supreme.
Since then, there has been a lot of clamor for her to return to the MCU soon and there have also been rumors that Marvel Studios is finally developing the long-awaited Scarlet Witch solo movie.
Elizabeth Olsen Wants to Continue Playing Scarlet Witch in the MCU
During her recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Olsen addressed her potential return as the Scarlet Witch in the MCU after the character's "death" in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
She shared that she would love to continue playing the role and "would beg" Marvel to make it happen soon.
"I think I'm dead. I would beg to leave the window open. I had so much fun doing these movies," the MCU vet said.
"I would like to figure out how to cleverly be undead. We need to find the smartest writers to figure out how to make this all make sense."
This is an encouraging remark from Olsen as it shows that she is willing to continue playing the Scarlet Witch in the MCU as long as Marvel Studios has more plans for her in the future of the franchise.
While the character is "dead" for now, fans know that there are millions of ways for them to bring her back into the fold and become a major part of the MCU again, especially on the mythical side.
Perhaps her comeback will be the rumored solo movie that is allegedly in the works and that would be a way more exciting way for them to bring her back so she can finally have her own vehicle on the big screen.
