All five episodes of the new MCU series Echo will finally premiere on Disney+. Not only will it bring back and focus on Hawkeye breakout character Maya Lopez, but Vincent D'Onofrio's Kingpin and Charlie Cox's Daredevil are also set to return.
While D'Onofrio's Kingpin will have a major presence in the series, Cox's Daredevil is only appearing in a cameo role, and as teased by the trailers, we will see him get involved in an extended fight sequence against Maya.
Despite his limited screen time, fans are still excited to see Cox return as the beloved hero, especially since he will also be suiting up his iconic red costume just like in the Netflix series.

Echo Executive Producer Brad Winderbaum Teases Daredevil Cameo
Speaking with Deadline during the red carpet premiere of the series, Echo executive producer Brad Winderbaum opened up about Cox's cameo as Daredevil.
He claimed that Cox's appearance in the series is one of the best cameos that Marvel has ever done, and his fight against Maya will be fundamental on her journey.
"The Daredevil scene is one of the best cameos we've done in a Marvel show or movie. It's not just thrown in there. It's fundamental to her journey as a character," he said.
"Her fight with Daredevil represents a huge triumph for Maya Lopez that finally catches the eye of Kingpin and contextualizes her in a certain way in his criminal empire. So it's important and it's incredible."
Based on Winderbaum's comments, it sounds like Daredevil's cameo in the series won't just be a fan service moment, and his appearance is somewhat pivotal to Maya's arc and her relationship with Kingpin.
While his cameo in the series might just be a one-off throughout the five-episode run, fans might still be satisfied with what they'll get on the character's brief appearance.
It could also be a good tease leading up to his upcoming series, Daredevil: Born Again.
It is exciting to see how Daredevil's fight against Maya will fare in the end and whether it will have any effect on his future MCU appearances.
All five episodes of Echo will premiere on Disney+ and Hulu tonight at 9:00 PM EST.
