Echo 3 Details

The drama, which stars Evans and Michiel Huisman, is about two Marines who decide to launch their own search and rescue effort after a loved one is kidnapped in South America.

Echo 3 is based on Amir Gutfreund's best-selling novel. The story has already influenced the production of the Israeli television series When Heroes Fly, starring Tomer Kapon and now available on Netflix.

The series will also discuss how the U.S. approaches covert operations in developing nations and how that policy frequently fails to take into account how seriously harming such activities may have on military personnel's personal lives.
