Dragon Ball Super Hints at Goku's Key to Defeating Moro

While planet-eater Moro is gaining a lot of power in the Galactic Prisoner arc of Dragon Ball Super, it looks like Goku may have a way to defeat the overpowered villain. This week, the latest chapter of Dragon Ball Super was just released (You can read it here) and fans found out about the big tease in that chapter.

In the wake of Moro's attack in Dragon Ball Super Chapter 51, Goku goes to the Galactic Patrol Headquarters with Meerus and Jaco to regroup, and learns that Meerus is way stronger than he expected, and a quick spar leads Goku to ask the space agent to help train him.

"There's one move of mine that I'm still trying to master," Goku says after asking Mereus to be his mentor."It's all about letting the body move on instinct, so it might work against Moro even when he starts absorbing my energy," the Saiyan continues. "I've got a feeling that training with you could get me close to mastering it."

Moro has the ability to absorb energy from people and planets, and he was able to throw Goku out of his Super Saiyan form when they battled a few chapters ago but it looks Goku might have figured out that the key to beating Moro is by unleashing his Ultra Instinct form once again since it seems that Ultra Instinct taps energy from a different source. Even if Goku doesn't master Ultra Instinct anytime soon, it looks like he will get another power-up that could help him defeat Moro.

The Japanese language release for Dragon Ball Super is available to stream on Crunchyroll, FunimationNOW, and VRV. The English dub version airs on Adult Swim during the Toonami block on Saturday evenings. You can also stream it on Funimation and Amazon Video.
