One of the beloved heroes heavily rumored to be making an appearance in the film is Ryan Reynolds' Deadpool, a character that is long confirmed to be making the MCU jump following Disney's acquisition of Fox in 2019. According to the latest rumors, Wade Wilson will be making his official debut during the post-credits scene of the film along with Domino (Zazie Beetz) and Cable (Josh Brolin).

As it stands, nothing has been officially confirmed yet but a new featurette from Noovie has seemingly dropped the biggest clue yet that the Merc with a Mouth will in fact make a cameo appearance in Doctor Strange 2. The said featurette pretty much gives fans an idea of what to expect from the film along with the cameos that come along with it. Check it out here:

Now that Deadpool is part of an even bigger universe, it'll be interesting to see how he co-exists with the MCU's already established characters. It's also quite intriguing how Marvel Studios will incorporate Mr. Pool's fourth wall-breaking "powers to the franchise that isn't exactly used to getting such treatment. Whether it'll work or not remains to be seen so I guess we'll just have to find out for ourselves.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is set to hit cinemas on May 6, 2022.
