Disneyland Resort is scheduled to reopen on April 30, 2021, and because of this, many people hoping to visit the iconic theme park have flocked to Disney's ticketing website to purchase tickets, but many are experiencing technical issues due to the overhwlmeing demand of Disneyland tickets.
The huge demand for Disneyland tickets led to site outages and other technical issues as would-be guests were greeted by a page with an image of the Seven Dwarfs showing an error message: "We're working on it. The page is temporarily unavailable. Rest assured, we'll fix the issue soon., so please try again later."
Disneyland's reservation system opened on April 12 to guests who already have valid theme park tickets. On April 15, ticket sales opened to guests without park tickets, who could then make park reservations by making a guest party and choosing the day and theme park they would like to visit.
The parks are scheduled to open daily at 9 a.m. and close at 7 p.m. Right now, per state guidelines, only California residents may visit parks, and in groups no bigger than 3 hourseholds, until further notice. Visitors would need both a valid ticket and a park reservation to enter Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure.
