Disney Reportedly Revealed Jon Bass' Tony Stark-Wannabe Role In She-Hulk: Attorney At Law

Marvel fans are a few days away from witnessing the arrival of Jennifer Walters in Disney+'s upcoming series, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. Featuring Tatiana Maslany as the titular heroine, the latest Disney+ show centers on Walters navigating a complicated life as a single 30-year-old Attorney while also being a 6-foot-7-inch superpowered hulk.

It's already no secret that Mark Ruffalo's Bruce Banner will return to train Walters as the She-Hulk, while Tim Roth's Emil Blonsky will reprise his role as the Abomination. Now that fans are gearing up for their gigantic return, another actor's mysterious role was recently revealed.

Disney+'s recent production briefing for She-Hulk: Attorney at Law (as reported by TheDirect) unveiled some details on one of Jennifer Walters' online dating suitors, who goes by the name Todd, played by Baywatch's Jon Bass. Todd is revealed as:

“Todd is a billionaire playboy philanthropist douchebag who wants more than anything to feel like Tony Stark, but comes off as Jon Bass. He is used to getting whatever he wants, but he’s a total creep who starts popping up everywhere.”

The description went on to reveal Jon Bass' portrayal of a very annoying yet "very fun to watch" character:

“Jon Bass is so funny and he’s so good at playing this terrible person—it’s really fun to watch. The character of Todd plays on the social commentary of misogyny and incel culture and the unfair views of women. He’s annoying, but mostly harmless and it’s really about embodying these awkward interactions you have with someone when they keep showing up in your life over and over again.”

Will There Be She-Hulk: Attorney at Law Season 2?

Although Disney+'s She-Hulk: Attorney at Law is seemingly a one-and-done deal, the show's director, Kat Coiro, remains optimistic about not just the possibility of a second season but also Walters potentially joining the other MCU heroes, as long as Marvel President Kevin Feige approves. She told Entertainment Weekly:

"Only [Marvel Studios President] Kevin Feige can answer that question. There is definitely the possibility of having a second season. There's also the possibility of the character joining the other characters in the movies. I have no idea. Watching Bruce [Banner, played by Mark Ruffalo] and Jen [Walters, played by Tatiana Maslany], She-Hulk and He-Hulk interact, you're definitely going to want to see more of their dynamic together. It's a really playful big-brother-little-sister dynamic that has a lot of depth to it, and people are definitely going to want to see more of that in the future."

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law will premiere on Disney+ on August 18.
