Disney Announces Nostalgic Cartoons From The 90’s For Disney+

Disney is launching its upcoming streaming site next month, and it looks like Disney+ has a pretty great lineup featuring fan-favorite children's cartoons from the late ‘80s and ‘90s.

The Mickey Mouse House just recently declared its list of retro cartoons for Disney+ and it looks like fans are in for shows like DuckTales, Chip ‘n Dale Rescue Rangers, TaleSpin, and Darkwing Duck. These were all part of Disney's old afternoon program in the ‘80s and ‘90s, and now they're being given new life on the Mickey Mouse House's new streaming platform.

But that's not all. Disney also announced a few other great additions to the site like Gargoyles from 1994, Goof Troop from 1992, and Adventures of the Gummi Bears from 1985.

This is definitely going to be great news for the ‘90s Disney fans.

Some of these shows were really popular back in the day. So much so that some of the shows were turned into video games for different consoles used at the time. Some were even re-released for modern consoles like Xbox One and PS4.

It's definitely going to be a nostalgia fest.

Of course, Disney has more offerings for fans. Lucasfilm is developing Star Wars: The Mandalorian and a Captain Cassian Andor (Diego Luna) Rogue One spinoff for Disney+. Marvel is also working on quite a number of shows for the streaming site. There's WandaVision, Hawkeye, Loki, Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Moon Knight, She-Hulk, Ms. Marvel, and a number of other series too. Plus all the other content that Disney plans to release on the platform.

Disney+ is set to launch on November 12.
