Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2 Episode 8 has just been released but people are already looking forward to what happens next week. Luckily, it looks like the franchise is ready to hype up Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 9. The official title, along with the first key visual and release date of next week's episode, have just been announced.
The key visual for Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 9 was shared by the official Demon Slayer Twitter account. It puts the focus on the anime's flamboyant new character Tengen Uzui who appears to be listening to someone intently (or he could be judging them silently). Check it out below.
Tengen Uzui was originally introduced in the first season of Demon Slayer but he finally got his flamboyant entrance in the eighth episode of Season 2. In Episode 9, Tanjiro comes back to the Butterfly Estate to find Uzui trying to kidnap Aoi and Naho so they could join him on a mission. Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke offer to replace the girls and Uzui agrees to take them to the Entertainment District. Which is a great (and flamboyant) decision considering that the location is crawling with demons.
The official title for Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 9 is Infiltrating the Entertainment District ("Yukaku Sen'nyu") which explains what Uzui and the young Demon Slayers will be doing next week. As Uzui has already warned, the Yoshiwara red-light district is filled with powerful demons so this isn't a mission that they should take lightly. Will they succeed or will the Demon Slayers lose another important warrior?
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2 Episode 9 is titled Infiltrating the Entertainment District ("Yukaku Sen'nyu") and is the second episode in the Yukaku-hen story arc. The new episode will air on Sunday, December 12, 2021, at 11:15 PM JST.
