Demon Slayer Season 1 Returns in September With New Key Visuals


There is little doubt that people are eagerly waiting for Demon Slayer Season 2. But before we can see what happens next, it is time to look back at what has happened so far. The first season of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba will be broadcast again in September and there are new key visuals that go with its re-release.

Demon Slayer Season 1 first aired in Japan in 2019 and has since become one of the most popular animes of all time. The adaptation has since spawned a sequel Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Train and the second season is expected to premiere later in 2021.

It's still a long wait for Demon Slayer Season 2 and Ufotable has found the perfect way to make it easier. The anime's official website has confirmed that the first season will be broadcast again in parts this September.

The first season will air on Fuji TV in a span of five days starting on September 11 with the Brother-Sister bond arc. It will be followed by the Asakusa arc on September 12 and the Koyashiki arc on September 18. On the fourth night September 19, the Spider Mountain arc will be broadcast while the Hashirago meeting and Butterfly House arc is set to air on September 23.

Each story arc will get a new key visual to go along with its premiere. In addition to the first season, the film will also be aired on Fuji TV. Mugen Train will be aired on September 25.

It's interesting that the first season is being revised next month. With that in mind, there are speculations that Demon Slayer Season 2 will finally premiere sometime in October. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
