Days of Our Lives is giving Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) and Philip's (Jay Kenneth Johnson) fans some hope that the two will reignite their romance. Many are still rooting for them even after what had happened to them in the past.
However, things won't be easy for them because Victor (John Aniston) wants Brady to steal Chloe from his uncle Philip to get the latter back into the business.
Chloe and Philip revisit their past in Days of Our Lives
In Wednesday's episode, Philip dropped by Basic Black and whisked Chloe off for a picnic. He took her to a place they used to visit when they were in high school.
They talked about their younger years and remembered how they carved their initials in a tree. However, Chloe reminded Philip that he chopped that tree down in rage.
Philip wanted to fix his mistake and bring a tree that they could plant together in the garden where their old tree stood. He wants the plant to symbolize their "new, better beginning."
After they planted the tree, Philip imagines him and Chloe carving their initials in the tree just like the way they did when they were young. Things between Philip and Chloe are visibly going well.
Victor wants Brady to steal Chloe from Philip
Brady visited Victor and informed him that Philip's mind is not in Titan. According to Brady, his uncle is busy with Chloe. Philip is allegedly obsessed with him and Chloe.
Brady recalled the time when he and Chloe had a meeting in New York but their jet ran into a problem. Philip was so jealous that he commandeered the Titan jet and tracked them down.
Victor said Philip was probably worried about Brady because he is a family. However, Brady insisted that Philip doesn't care about him but wants to "catch Chloe and me in the sack."
Brady said Philip gets crazy when he is jealous. So, he is worried that it will affect the business. Victor suggests that Brady steals Chloe from Philip, so the latter can focus on their business.
What's next on Days of Our Lives?
Chloe will learn about Brady and Victor's meeting. She will accuse Brady of plotting, scheming and conspiring with Victor.
It remains unclear how Brady will make Chloe fall for him especially after she confronted him about his and Victor's plot.
Chloe and Philip will continue seeing each other. Philip will make a grand romantic gesture to win Chloe back. But the question is — will Chloe give her heart to Philip again?
