According to Heat World, David Beckham and Victoria Beckham are contemplating the future of the latter’s company. After all, the brand reportedly has not recovered since the COVID-19 pandemic hit the entire world.
A source told the magazine that Victoria doesn’t want to keep relying on her husband’s bailouts just so her fashion label would survive. David, on the other hand, doesn’t want to be the bad guy or the one who tells his wife to close down her business.
“David doesn’t want to be the bad guy, but the business has been propped up with money from Brand Beckham for years, and it can be a big drain on finances. He wants to see it moving in the right direction – if it’s not making money, then changes need to happen. But it’s such a thorny subject for them because Victoria is so passionate about her business,” the source said.

Victoria Beckham Will Be Humiliated If She Closes Down Her Fashion Brand?
According to the source, David understands that closing down his wife’s fashion company might be humiliating for the former Spice Girls member. But the couple allegedly needs to think about their next move logically.
“There’s an amazing team there who have lots of solutions for making money, but Victoria is reluctant to change too much as she has a vision for her brand and refuses to ‘cheapen’ it. David understands she would be humiliated if she had to close down the business and she is mortified that it has such losses – she feels like a failure. She’s 100 percent devoted to the business, and is still determined to try to turn things around,” the source said.

The source also claimed that not a lot of people could afford to buy clothes from Victoria’s fashion label because they are quite expensive. And since the company is in huge debt right now, the only viable option is for the brand to be closed down.
“There’s only a tiny number of women who can afford to buy VB. Every year, it’s harder to find stocks of high-end clothes because people just don’t have the money to spend on them – especially given the current climate. David appreciates how Victoria is put in the spotlight way more than others – she’s not the only fashion business with huge debt right now due to a shocking market. He’s really tried not to get involved in the micro details, but it’s looking like there is only really one way out of this mess, and he feels that it’s time he stops going along with it,” the source said.
