Darth Vader Explores Padme's Tomb After Her Apparent Resurrection

Greg Pak's Darth Vader series sent shockwaves across the Star Wars fandom when the first issue revealed that Padme Amidala might still be alive. This is clearly one of the biggest plot twists in the history of the franchise and we're intrigued to see what Pak has in-store for us. It seems like Vader wants to get to the bottom of this, as he explores Padme's tomb in Darth Vader #4.

Vader will actually return to Naboo, one of the most prominent areas in the prequel era. We all want to see how this storyline turns out so kudos to Pak for getting fans invested in yet another Star Wars comic. Let's just hope that the payoff is a good one since there's a very good chance we could end up being disappointed.

Here's the solicitation for Darth Vader #4 (Via Newsarama):

• DARTH VADER continues his terrifying quest for vengeance against everyone who hid the existence of his son from him.
• But on NABOO, the DARK LORD OF THE SITH faces a deadly new challenge as his focus turns from LUKE to PADMÉ, the wife of the man Vader used to be.
• And what secrets lie in the tomb of PADMÉ AMIDALA?

My current theory? Clones. If they can make multiple Fetts, they sure as hell can make another Padme. I could be wrong but we'll see, though I am intrigued over the other possibilities that could lead to Padme Amidala's resurrection.

Darth Vader #4 will be coming out this May.
