Sean Tretta and Borja Peña Gorostegui serve as writers and executive producers on the reboot, with Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, James Weaver, Alex McAtee and Gabby Grantham producing via Point Grey Pictures.
Tad Stones, the creator of the original '90s series, became a consultant on the new series' development.
The logline of the reboot reads: "For the last 35 years, Darkwing Duck has been trapped in his worst nightmare: an alternate world that’s never heard of his superhero exploits. Who Is the Voice Cast of the Darkwing Duck Reboot?
The Darkwing Duck reboot will feature a starry voice cast. None of the cast members from the original are slated to return.
Star Wars legend Mark Hamill will be taking over the role of Darkwing Duck, while Seth Rogen, who also serves as executive producer of the series, will be voicing Launchpad McQuack.
